Bolton Priory is now on Wikipedia. Formerly, the Priory was only a small paragraph in the Wiki entry for Bolton Abbey, our village. Now we have our own full page in our own right, with details of our history, notable personalities, and notable sights both inside and outside the church. It can be seen here.
The Priory is host to 160,000 visitors from nearly sixty countries and territories around the world. It is therefore appropriate that our Wikipedia page should be translated into other languages. The first of these to be published is in French – click ‘Français’ in the bottom left-hand corner of the English-language Wiki page. Other languages will follow in the coming weeks.
