Saturday 28 April                     Manchester Chorale 

Making a welcome return to the Priory, Manchester Chorale has become one of the best known names in the Sainsbury’s ‘Choir of the Year Competition’, with regular televised appearances in the final stages of the competition. It remains a down-to-earth, friendly choir which enjoys singing in a variety of styles.

This evening’s programme, ‘With a Lily’, is a concert of choral music from around the world.

Friday 25 May                     Settle Orchestra  

Settle Orchestra performs regularly in Settle and Skipton, with a wide repertoire ranging from early classical to 20th Century. As a community orchestra, it actively encourages local young musicians to join and move through its ranks, and this concert will showcase the variety of its smaller performing groups.

Saturday 16 June                     Cantores Olicanae  

 Cantores Olicanae is a mixed voice choir of approximately fifty singers, established in Ilkley in the 1970s. Under the leadership of their  Musical Director, Rory Wainwright Johnston, they perform four or five concerts a year, with an eclectic mix of music, ranging from major choral works to lesser-known pieces.

Saturday 30 June Leeds Philharmonic Chorus

Also returning to the Priory, Leeds Philharmonic Chorus has been part of the Leeds musical tradition since 1870, and perform regularly in Leeds Town Hall with professional orchestras under the baton of David Hill. Recent tours have included Northern Ireland, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, and the Baltic countries.
